Role Purpose 

The 3D Visualizer at EJAZ® CREATIVE STUDIO is responsible for producing high-quality 3D renderings, visual walkthroughs, and digital presentations that accurately represent the design intent. This role supports the design team by translating 2D drawings and conceptual ideas into realistic visuals that help communicate the proposed design to clients, consultants, and internal teams.



Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop accurate 3D models based on concept layouts, sketches, and technical drawings.
  2. Produce photorealistic renders for interiors, custom joinery, material selections, and lighting.
  3. Work closely with the interior design team to understand design direction.
  4. Coordinate with material samples and actual finishes to ensure visual accuracy in renders.
  5. Update models and renders based on client feedback or design revisions.
  6. Maintain proper documentation of all 3D renders and revisions as per SOP.
  7. Communicate with the interior design team to ensure materials and visualizations match technical drawings.
  8. Prepare rendered images for design presentations and client submissions.
  9. Stay ahead of design trends and integrate innovations.
  10. Promote a culture of creativity, learning, and feedback within the design team.
  11. Identify opportunities to improve design workflows and software adoptions.
  12. Initiate design research and trend forecasting relevant to Interior design. 



Core Competencies

  • High proficiency in 3D Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Lumion/Enscape.

  • Strong understanding of lighting, materials, textures, and composition.

  • Ability to translate conceptual ideas into realistic visual narratives.

  • Excellent time management and ability to work on multiple renderings under tight deadlines.

  • Strong eye for aesthetics, camera angles, and mood creation.


Professional Qualifications 

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related visual arts field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D visualization for commercial interior design.

  • Portfolio showcasing high-end renderings for corporate, retail, or hospitality interiors.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Senior Interior Designer

Job Role:

The Senior Interior Designer at EJAZ® CREATIVE STUDIO plays a critical role in leading the design process for assigned projects, from concept development to detailed design delivery. This role ensures the creative and technical quality of all design output, supports junior designers, and works closely with the Head of ID and Project Managers to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Development & Oversight

  1. Lead the concept development, space planning, and material selection.

  2. Prepare mood boards, 3D visual directions, and schematic design presentations.

  3. Translate conceptual ideas into fully developed design packages.

  • Technical Design & Documentation

  1. Review technical drawings, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with the design and site teams for compliance.

  2. Maintain quality and consistency across design outputs.

  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  1. Lead key client meetings and present design concepts with clarity and confidence.

  2. Act as the face of the design department, maintaining high standards of professionalism and responsiveness.

  • Team Collaboration & Mentorship

  1. Guide and mentor junior designers and interns throughout the design process.

  2. Collaborate closely with the Head of ID, 3D visualizers, and project managers to align creative and technical aspects.

  3. Participate in internal design reviews

  • Client & Consultant Interface

  1. Attend client meetings and site visits as needed to present and clarify design requirements.

  2. Respond to client feedback, revise designs, and coordinate required changes effectively.

  3. Coordinate with consultants and suppliers to ensure design feasibility and alignment.

  4. Present the approved design direction to the client clearly and professionally.

  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  1. Stay ahead of design trends and integrate innovations.

  2. Promote a culture of creativity, learning, and feedback within the design team.

  3. Identify opportunities to improve design workflows and software adoptions.

  4. Initiate design research and trend forecasting relevant to Interior design.

  • Strong sense of aesthetics and functional design.

  • Technical proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial interior design.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in corporate, retail, or hospitality design.

  • Fluent in English,
