Job Role:
The Senior Interior Designer at EJAZ® CREATIVE STUDIO plays a critical role in leading the design process for assigned projects, from concept development to detailed design delivery. This role ensures the creative and technical quality of all design output, supports junior designers, and works closely with the Head of ID and Project Managers to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the concept development, space planning, and material selection.
Prepare mood boards, 3D visual directions, and schematic design presentations.
Translate conceptual ideas into fully developed design packages.
Review technical drawings, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with the design and site teams for compliance.
Maintain quality and consistency across design outputs.
Lead key client meetings and present design concepts with clarity and confidence.
Act as the face of the design department, maintaining high standards of professionalism and responsiveness.
Guide and mentor junior designers and interns throughout the design process.
Collaborate closely with the Head of ID, 3D visualizers, and project managers to align creative and technical aspects.
Participate in internal design reviews
Attend client meetings and site visits as needed to present and clarify design requirements.
Respond to client feedback, revise designs, and coordinate required changes effectively.
Coordinate with consultants and suppliers to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
Present the approved design direction to the client clearly and professionally.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Stay ahead of design trends and integrate innovations.
Promote a culture of creativity, learning, and feedback within the design team.
Identify opportunities to improve design workflows and software adoptions.
Initiate design research and trend forecasting relevant to Interior design.

Technical proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to develop creative solutions under pressure and within tight deadlines.

Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial interior design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in corporate, retail, or hospitality design.
