The 3D Visualizer at EJAZ® CREATIVE STUDIO is responsible for producing high-quality 3D renderings, visual walkthroughs, and digital presentations that accurately represent the design intent. This role supports the design team by translating 2D drawings and conceptual ideas into realistic visuals that help communicate the proposed design to clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Develop accurate 3D models based on concept layouts, sketches, and technical drawings.
Produce photorealistic renders for interiors, custom joinery, material selections, and lighting.
Work closely with the interior design team to understand design direction.
Coordinate with material samples and actual finishes to ensure visual accuracy in renders.
Update models and renders based on client feedback or design revisions.
Maintain proper documentation of all 3D renders and revisions as per SOP.
Communicate with the interior design team to ensure materials and visualizations match technical drawings.
Prepare rendered images for design presentations and client submissions.
Stay ahead of design trends and integrate innovations.
Promote a culture of creativity, learning, and feedback within the design team.
Identify opportunities to improve design workflows and software adoptions.
Initiate design research and trend forecasting relevant to Interior design.
High proficiency in 3D Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Lumion/Enscape.
Strong understanding of lighting, materials, textures, and composition.
Ability to translate conceptual ideas into realistic visual narratives.
Excellent time management and ability to work on multiple renderings under tight deadlines.
Strong eye for aesthetics, camera angles, and mood creation.
Professional Qualifications |
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related visual arts field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D visualization for commercial interior design.
Portfolio showcasing high-end renderings for corporate, retail, or hospitality interiors.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
